SQSH is a short-term volunteer-operated peer-counseling service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call someone you trust, 911, or one of these crisis hotlines first. We still welcome your call after you have received the immediate help that you need.

Community Calendar
We know how intimidating it can be to find and attend a community event on your own. That's why we're creating the Community Calendar, a curated monthly list of LGBTQIA+ events in St. Louis organized by our Community Partners, so that you no longer have to scroll tediously through social media apps to find the right event to attend. Our Community Outreach Team is working hard to bring the Community Calendar to you in 2021!
Helpline Starter Kit
We know how hard it can be to set up a peer counseling resource from scratch. That's why we'd love to share the Hotline Starter Kit - a curated packet of foundational templates and information for starting a helpline - with organizers and activists who're passionate about setting up something similar to SQSH in your own city/region/school. Our Facilitation Team is working hard to bring the Helpline Starter Kit to you in 2021!
